While respecting the craft and the traditions that have shaped pizza, we also believe that there is room to experiment.
It was vital to rethink each element, from fermentation and flavour to structure and cooking techniques.
The result is a style of pizza that is distinctively our own, built around carefully sourced ingredients and a constant desire to improve.
For us, great pizza is about more than just following a recipe. It is about creating something that tastes exceptional and leaves our customers feeling incredible.
Our Story
Once upon a slice in South Africa, our parents crafted pizza magic in 5 bustling shops. But adventure called, and they journeyed to the UK, setting up in Gerrards Cross. Fast forward 15 years, and the pizza loving kids have joined the party! Our mission? To blend family tradition with a laser focus on premium quality.
